Dorset Council have received an application from Sunbelt Rentals agents for Openreach to close: ZANNIES LANE DARK LANE TO JUNCTION NEAR ZANNIES
COTTAGES & OLD BARN BRADFORD FARM SUNNEYMEDE AND CLAPPERBOARD COTTAGES ACCESS, WITCHAMPTON. The closure has been requested to allow Sunbelt Rentals agents for Openreach to carry out pole testing in the highway.
These works are programmed to commence from 09:30, 6th July 2022 until 15:30, 6th July 2022. These works will be phased and only one section of road will be closed at one given time.
Access will be granted to residents and blue light vehicles.
Sunbelt Rentals agents for Openreach will publicise the road closure in a number of ways: they will place information boards on the road in this area to inform the travelling public of the works; they will carry out a letter drop to local residents directly affected by the works; and they will sign a vehicular diversion route using the local road network. The map below (in the embedded PDF) shows the extent of the closure and the diversion route.
