The Parish Council has cancelled its regular meetings until further notice, in line with Dorset Council and Government guidelines.
Parish Council business will continue as best as it can. Any important decision making will be conducted electronically (Standing Orders and Financial Regulations contain an ‘exceptional circumstances’ clause), with a full list of decisions being kept for formal records and for the minutes presented to the first Parish Council meeting when it resumes.
In the meantime, any important announcements will be advertised on the website.
